On BIMFM, you can easily contact support in case of any problem.

Through the Avatar:

  1. Click on the avatar icon (your initials at the top right)
  2. Click on “Support”,
  3. Click on “Create a ticket”,
  4. A modal window opens,
    1. You can specify a title, a description and an attachment,
    2. Click on “Confirm”

Edit your support ticket

Through the Avatar:

  1. Click on the avatar icon (your initials at the top right),
  2. Click on “Support”,
    1. A modal window opens,
  3. Click on the “…” icon at the end of a share line, an action menu will appear,
  4. Click on the action “Edit ticket”,
  5. A modal window opens,
    1. You can modify the title, the description and add an attachment,
    2. Click on “Confirm”.

Delete support ticket

Through the Avatar:

  1. Click on the avatar icon (your initials at the top right),
  2. Click on “Support”,
    1. A modal window opens,
  3. Click on the “…” icon at the end of a share line, an action menu will appear,
  4. Click on the “Delete ticket” action.

Add a comment on their support ticket

To add a comment:

  1. Click on the avatar icon (your initials at the top right)
  2. Click on “Support”,
  3. Click on your ticket,
  4. A modal window opens,
    1. You can view your ticket and its comments,
    2. You can comment on your ticket by filling in the “Comment” field and clicking on “Add comment”.

Delete a comment on their support ticket

  1. Click on the avatar icon (your initials at the top right)
  2. Click on “Support”,
  3. Click on your ticket,
  4. A modal window opens,
    1. You can view your ticket and its comments,
    2. You can delete your comment by clicking on the trash can to the right of it.
