On BIMFM, you can easily contact support in case of any problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through the Avatar:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
  1. Click on the avatar icon (your initials at the top right)<\/li>
  2. Click on \u201cSupport\u201d,<\/li>
  3. Click on \u201cCreate a ticket\u201d,<\/li>
  4. A modal window opens,
    1. You can specify a title, a description and an attachment,<\/li>
    2. Click on \u201cConfirm\u201d<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Edit your support ticket<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

      Through the Avatar:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
      1. Click on the avatar icon (your initials at the top right),<\/li>
      2. Click on \u201cSupport\u201d,
        1. A modal window opens,<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
        2. Click on the \u201c\u2026\u201d icon at the end of a share line, an action menu will appear,<\/li>
        3. Click on the action \u201cEdit ticket\u201d,<\/li>
        4. A modal window opens,
          1. You can modify the title, the description and add an attachment,<\/li>
          2. Click on \u201cConfirm\u201d.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Delete support ticket<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

            Through the Avatar:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
            1. Click on the avatar icon (your initials at the top right),<\/li>
            2. Click on \u201cSupport\u201d,
              1. A modal window opens,<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
              2. Click on the \u201c\u2026\u201d icon at the end of a share line, an action menu will appear,<\/li>
              3. Click on the \u201cDelete ticket\u201d action.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                Add a comment on their support ticket<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

                To add a comment:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
                1. Click on the avatar icon (your initials at the top right)<\/li>
                2. Click on \u201cSupport\u201d,<\/li>
                3. Click on your ticket,<\/li>
                4. A modal window opens,
                  1. You can view your ticket and its comments,<\/li>
                  2. You can comment on your ticket by filling in the “Comment” field and clicking on “Add comment”.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                    Delete a comment on their support ticket<\/h1>\n\n\n\n
                    1. Click on the avatar icon (your initials at the top right)<\/li>
                    2. Click on \u201cSupport\u201d,<\/li>
                    3. Click on your ticket,<\/li>
                    4. A modal window opens,
                      1. You can view your ticket and its comments,<\/li>
                      2.
